I recently had the pleasure of being a guest on Drinking with Dawn – an Expert, hosted by Dawn Mushill through the The Troy, Maryville, St. Jacob and Marine Chamber of Commerce. It was such a fun and meaningful conversation where I was able to share more about my journey, what led me into Career Ownership Coaching™, and why I’m so passionate about helping people explore new possibilities.
During our conversation, I talked about what “career ownership” really means—moving from simply having a job to taking control of your future. So many professionals feel stuck, uncertain, or curious about what else might be out there. I love helping people discover options they may not even realize exist and guiding them through a thoughtful, low-risk exploration process.
Being on the podcast reminded me why I do this work. When people give themselves permission to explore, incredible clarity and confidence can follow. Watching someone go from uncertainty to empowered action is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
